The sign in front says "reservation not needed," but when I walk in this afternoon to a nearly empty barbershop, I find that the wait time is 51 minutes because people have registered online—so basically a reservation IS needed. I used to be able to just walk in and get a haircut. Rather disappointed.

I had a great experience with my hairstylist Livia Arcos. She was very kind, patient, and offered many alternative styles that she believed would suit me best and which I also agreed with and loved. I will be returning to her in the future.

I was charged twice for services with no refund or resolution. Everyone is aware at this location-the stylist, manager and owner Beware if you pay with a card. They may get you next. BUYER BEWARE!! Everything is electronic so maybe I should have the control of payment also. I had to give a rating but it should be zero instead of 1.
